The Internet / Computer Law Committee

of the Bergen County Bar Association

Contributing Attorney Members:

The Internet/Computer Law Committee of Bergen County is devoted to focusing on legal issues, hot topics and practice tips related to the Internet and computers.

Most areas of law now criss-cross into and out of Internet/computer use law, including, without limitation, commercial transactions, defamation, privacy rights, criminal activity, and family practice. The Bergen County Bar Association is open to all members of the Bergen County Bar interested in computer and internet law. The Committee meets every 4-6 weeks to discuss how internet law has impacted upon each other’s practice as well as to plan at least one CLE presentation a year for the Bergen County Bar. Most members are active participants.
